Carousel Acres specializes in Mobile Petting Farm/Petting Zoo, Pony Rides/Pony Parties that are wonderful for Birthdays, School and Community Events, Family Reunions, Company Picnics and more. Carousel Acres is available all year for your special events. Have your party here or let us bring the farm to you.
If you are on our schedule you can be sure that we will be at your event. Carousel Acres has been in business since 1993 and over the years we have built a loyal client base due to our reliability and follow through to make your day as special and stress free as possible. Our animals are clean, well cared for, very social as many of them were bottle raised here on the farm. Carousel Acres will not for any reason cancel your pony party, petting farm or any event...guaranteed. We have had the privilege of watching children experience the best party year after year because our reputation speaks for itself.
We are USDA licensed and insured
The USDA has changed their laws in regards to petting farms, you no longer have to be licensed. However, Carousel Acres will continue to be USDA licensed. The USDA inspects our farm to insure that the animals have food, water, shelter, have veterinary care and are well maintained.**
Carousel Acres carries $1 million liability insurance policy
through Lloyds of London.
Petting farms are not required to carry liability insurance that is their choice and you as a consumer to decide the necessity.

Established in 1993, Carousel Acres has provided some amazing corporations with our services including our pony parties & mobile petting farm, Santa and live Reindeer etc... Some of these corporations include Detroit Red Wings,
Detroit Lions, Shrine Circus and so many more.
Carousel Acres is family owned and operated from MICHIGAN.
All of our animals are located on our farm in South Lyon.

Please read the following before visiting the farm.
When visiting the farm, please pull all the way to the back behind the horse pasture to your left and park along the back fence. From there you can walk to the picnic/playground area and an employee will be with you (please note the farm is VERY busy so we may be a few minutes). Please keep in mind, if it has been raining, wear rain boots. Wear sunscreen, bring your camera and have fun!

Cost to visit farm during open hours:
$9.00 per person and pony rides are an additional
$7.00 each **Please note Pony Rides are only available on weekends**
