Carousel Acres specializes in Mobile Petting Farm/Petting Zoo, Pony Rides/Pony Parties that are wonderful for Birthdays, School and Community Events, Family Reunions, Company Picnics and more. Carousel Acres is available all year for your special events. Have your party here or let us bring the farm to you.
If you are on our schedule you can be sure that we will be at your event. Carousel Acres has been in business since 1993 and over the years we have built a loyal client base due to our reliability and follow through to make your day as special and stress free as possible. Our animals are clean, well cared for, very social as many of them were bottle raised here on the farm. Carousel Acres will not for any reason cancel your pony party, petting farm or any event...guaranteed. We have had the privilege of watching children experience the best party year after year because our reputation speaks for itself.
We are USDA licensed and insured.
**In the United States, you MUST have a USDA License to exhibit farm animals, equine animals are exempt from this as well as poultry. The USDA inspects our farm to insure that the animals have food, water, shelter, have veterinary care and are well maintained.**
Carousel Acres carries $1 million liability insurance policy through
Lloyds of London.
Petting farms are not required to carry liability insurance that is their choice and you as a consumer to decide the necessity.

Established in 1993, Carousel Acres has provided some amazing corporations with our services including our pony parties & mobile petting farm, Santa and live Reindeer etc... Some of these corporations include Detroit Red Wings,
Detroit Lions, Shrine Circus and so many more.
Carousel Acres is family owned and operated from MICHIGAN.
All of our animals are located on our farm in South Lyon.

Our Pony Party & Petting Farm package includes:

This is an open and interactive petting farm that you may go into to visit with the animals.
Brushes are provided for grooming experience.

Approximately 15 animals
Carousel Acres does not Provide food to feed to the animals at your event because their feed may carry an ingredient that one of your guests may be allergic to. Because our animals see thousands of people
we do not want them to associate people with food.
Germs can also be spread very easily to little ones mouths.
Our heated/air conditioned party room is available for all your party needs.
Day Camp on the farm is a wonderful and educational program. During their stay, campers will learn about farm living including animals, gardening, and cooking. Here at Carousel Acres we also have animals native to Australia as well as a butterfly house to enjoy the life cycle and explore daily. Each day will be filled with fun and adventure to form lasting memories. Carousel Acres offers 1-week long sessions and you may sign up for as many sessions as you like. We offer family and multi week discounts as well as latch key.
